HCI / UX / Human Factors Researcher
My previous research focused on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UI/UX, and related areas. Specifically, I used Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze user needs from text data and developed an evaluation framework that captures the dynamic nature of user needs within the User-Centered Design (UCD) process.
My current research interest lies in the use of AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), in healthcare to advance health equity. More specifically, I seek to conduct research on the design and evaluation of LLM-based healthcare systems that address functional issues such as bias and reliability while incorporating user experience factors, including user barriers and needs, in an integrated manner.
